Icelene Jones, the widow of Ol’ Dirty Bastard, has filed a cease and desist order against Rock the Bells over plans for a “virtual performance” featuring the rapper at this year’s festival.

According to HipHopDX, Jones says she was not contacted about the performance even though she is administrator of ODB’s estate and is the only person who can approve the use of the rapper’s likeness.

However, Jones is not entirely opposed to the performance, saying in a press release, “I am looking forward to talking to Wu-Tang about this matter and coming up
